Holy, Effective Ministry That LASTS.

Natalie’s honesty and affirmation of other’s gifts and journey toward Christ set her apart from the crowd. Her leadership style is one of lifting others up into leadership rolls that best accentuate their strengths alongside challenging them to always seek Christ on a deeper level.

Her speaking and presentation style is full of honesty and passion as she reveals the quirks and graces in her own deep relationship with Jesus. She has also demonstrated a keen ability to navigate the learning differences and capabilities of children, teens, and adults with ease, making her a grand slam to work with! Above all, Natalie’s real life commitment to Jesus is inspiring, brave, and applicable.

I have been blessed with the privilege of working with Natalie Scott in many capacities over the years; from her time with Net Ministries and Totus Tuus to her time as Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry in Oregon. I have seen her in action on many occasions and have seen her incredible ability to reach out and touch the hearts of the youth and young adults. Her many and diverse experiences in youth and young adult ministry have given her many great insights into our walk with Christ and how to be an effective youth or young adult minister.

Working with Natalie and watching her in her own ministry has had great impact on my personal development as a Catholic as well as Youth Minister in Washington.

Natalie gave a wonderful talk to us on the need for mercy even when we are angry. She showed us how the call to love as Christ does is not limited to the “really holy”.

Through anecdotes and the lives of the saints she showed us what mercy is, why we need it, and why we must be merciful.”

Natalie took over as Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at St. Anne’s and transformed an undirected ministry desperately needing help from above, to one of the most active and thriving ministries we have ever had! Her open and spiritual direction spread God’s love throughout the parish! Her all inclusive delegation gave all who wanted, to be a part of this growth, a place to spread the spirituality.

“So deeply do we care for you that we are determined to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you have become very dear to us.”

-1 Thessalonians 2:8

Our desire is to share Jesus with YOU. It is our great hope to speak His truth with love, to bring encouragement, hope, and practical advice that can help bring relief to those in lay ministry who are struggling and overwhelmed in the incredible service they are doing for our Lord. After years of serving as lay ministers, it is our hope now to be able to encourage, lift up, and inspire people to continue follow Jesus in His radical call to service.

“For you have not chosen me but I have chosen you”

-John 15:16
